System Design Manager, Air Ambulance - Planning, Funding & Outcome

• Full-time, fixed-term position covering a 12-month parental leave

About the Role

The System Design Manager will join the Air Ambulance Team and be tasked with leading the Aeromedical Commissioning Programme. They will work collaboratively to drive system-wide improvements and implement the future operating model for the air ambulance sector.

About you

You will have 5-10 years of experience with system and service design and have experience stewarding change and transformation. You have held authentic and trusting relationships with sector leaders, providers, clinicians, and Government to implement solutions to address key system issues.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience managing complex programmes and delivering large-scale implementation across Government. This will be supported by strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills and effective change management experience.
