Responsibilities
Leading and coaching a team of three HR systems specialists.
Acting as SME for the HRIS and Payroll systems, and providing technical expertise and guidance.
Developing and delivering the HR systems roadmap.
Supporting integration between existing systems.
Driving process improvement, system enhancements, and stakeholder engagement.
About You
This is a role for someone with proven expertise in HRIS and Payroll technology who wants to use that knowledge to influence at both technical and strategic levels.
You don't need to be the finished article as a leader — if you bring the technical experience, this client is willing to support you to grow into an effective leader and people manager.
You'll bring :
Strong technical experience in HRIS systems, including hands-on configuration and support.
Understanding of how HRIS systems integrates with payroll systems.
The ability to translate technical issues into clear, practical advice for stakeholders.
A collaborative and proactive approach, with an eye for process improvement.
Leadership potential!
