• We are about to embark on a significant replacement of our payroll system; this is a key architectural role, bringing together our solution provider, system integrators and wider ACC teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end architecture.This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

• You'll have proven experience working within corporate systems, specifically with payroll and HCM systems, delivering integrated customer centric solutions
• Deep knowledge of payroll and integrating into wider eco-systems
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver clear, scalable architectural outcomes
• A passion for user-centered design and a commitment to improving business performance through smart tech
• Proficient in creating architectures that can be easily understood by key stakeholders
• You're someone who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders bringing together diverse points of view
• Familiarity with SAFe principles and agile architecture
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components across architectural domains
• Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions

• The full salary for this role will sit between $138,301 and $195,248. Appointment will be made depending on skills, experience and internal relativities.
