Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
Coordinate client requirements from the portal, aligning operations with expectations.
Select suitable hauliers, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between hauliers and clients.
Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer service in logistics or freight forwarding.
Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
