Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Data Management - Ensure accurate processing weighbridge records, delivery dockets, and purchase orders accurately and maintain up-to-date data in relevant systems such as JDE, SAP, or quarry management software
- Compliance & Reporting - Manage health, safety, and environmental records; prepare timely operational reports.
- Operational Coordination - Support daily site logistics, including scheduling, contractor access, and team meetings.
- Financial Administration - Process financial transactions and assist with budget tracking in line with company policies.
