This is a key position supporting the Parts Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient stock management within the branch.About the RoleYou'll play a hands-on role assisting with the management of our parts department - helping deliver professional, efficient service to both internal and external customers.

From supporting trade sales and inventory control to guiding team members and maintaining high standards in presentation and process, you'll help drive performance and excellence across the department.Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional service to customers requiring parts and accessoriesSupport and guide the Parts team, helping allocate workloads and ensuring processes run smoothlyFollow up trade quotes and ensure timely delivery of parts to customersMaintain accurate stock inventory and sales recordsAssist with showroom and warehouse presentationStep up to cover the Parts Manager when requiredPromote and uphold all Health & Safety standardsWhat You'll BringStrong background in customer service within the automotive or transport industryProven computer literacy and systems experienceSolid knowledge of parts and stock managementA positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skillsMotivation, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of tasksWhy Join Keith Andrews?
