Overview
Our Auckland office is growing rapidly and we are looking to add a National Account Manager to our team.
This role is based in Auckland and supports a Beauty portfolio including the brands MCo Beauty and Nude by Nature.
You will build relationships with key accounts and buying groups and be recognised as the trusted business partner to targeted accounts.
You will maximise existing product sales in pharmacy, grocery and buying groups, lead new product uptake and penetration into key accounts, onboard new target accounts and groups to achieve the division's budgeted sales.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead new product launches and strategic marketing campaigns within key accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise customer loyalty.
Build, enhance and manage cosmetics relationships with designated accounts.
Pursue opportunities to drive net sales and margin growth.
Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions and implement contractual agreements to drive strong financial results.
Work toward achieving net sales and margin targets.
Skills & Experience
2 years\' experience in a similar role
Tertiary level education within Business, Science or other related area
Experience in Beauty, Skincare or FMCG preferred
Knowledge of latest Beauty trends and social influencers
Understanding of the Retail Beauty Landscape and Brands
Demonstrated skills and experience in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals
Experience implementing sales and marketing strategies
Amazing analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience in building and developing strong business relationships
Self-driven with ability to work cross-functionally
Previous experience with CRM, Pharma Data extraction tools and BI tools
