Join our Whanganui Housing and Recovery team and be an integralpart of promoting wellness.
In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to supportpeople to transition to independent living in the community.
You will assist peoplewith day-to-day activities including accessing social and recreational groups,participate in community activities, education and employment, budgeting andwelcoming clinical teams.
You will work from a trauma informed lens, bring a calm, flexible personality and a can-do attitude.
Your ability to remain optimistic and positive in challenging situations will support you to achieve optimal outcomes for the people we support.
Your communication skills will enhance your professional and friendly manner, while maintaining clear boundaries to provide an environment that supports the achievement of equitable outcomes for all.
You will work as part of a motivated Team who are interested in wellbeing and sustainability, and you will receive coaching and mentoring from highly experienced Team Coach who leads the service.
Role available : Friday – Monday 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm (32 hours per week)

We are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recoveryfocused way.
You must hold a current full drivers' licence
Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
Level 4 Certificate in Health & Wellbeing
