NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support our clients in residential service in Palmerston North.

We are looking for permanent full time and part time Support Workers to work alongside, coach and mentor Rangatahi and Tamariki in our Intensive Support Services in Palmerston North.

Work as a team to ensure consistency in your approach.

Support Tamariki or Rangitahi to go to school or access education.

Observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young person.

Support Rangitahi / Young People to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomes.

A desire to support rangitahi / young people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.

Previous experience working with young people / rangitahi.

An understanding of intellectual disability and autism.

Creativity and a team player with out-of-the-box thinking.

A full NZ driver's license.

Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness are important as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
