We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at MASH Trust, a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services across the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers.

Skills and experience required :

Previous experience supporting others

Ability to understand, communicate, and connect with people

Professionalism, honesty, reliability, and flexibility

Energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork

Ability to perform personal cares, including showering and dressing

Full NZ Driver Licence (required for driving MASH vans)

NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (preferred)
