Senior Business Analyst

Overview

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major HRIS transformation project on a six-month fixed-term contract.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering key outcomes, ensuring that business needs are well understood, processes are optimised, and system solutions are fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements aligned to project objectives.

Review and analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to ensure best practice outcomes.

Contribute to testing activities, including planning, execution, and defect resolution, to confirm solutions meet business needs.

Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, and delivery teams to keep the project on track and milestones achieved.

Support data-related workstreams, including migration, validation, and cleansing activities.

Skills & Experience

Proven background as a Business Analyst, with experience in process mapping and requirements gathering for SaaS solutions.

Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Solid capability with Excel required.

Prior Workday experience would be an advantage.
