Business Analyst

Location : Wellington CBD, with occasional WFH flexibilityContract Duration : Initial contract through to 30th June, with possibility of extensionCompany Overview : Join our dynamic team in Wellington's CBD, working within the Infrastructure Investment Group.

We are embarking on a pivotal project to implement leading PPM (Planview) and Project Management (Procore) tools.

This project aims to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across our infrastructure initiatives.Role Overview : As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, you will step into an in-flight project team and take ownership of requirements for one of our key workstreams.

Your primary focus will be defining reporting requirements, particularly in finance and health and safety areas within the Procore platform.Responsibilities : Engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs and elicit comprehensive requirements.Document discussions, requirements, and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.Quickly integrate into an established team environment and drive initiatives forward proactively.Maintain composure and effectiveness in challenging project scenarios.Requirements : 5+ years of experience as a Contract Senior Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and documentation.Demonstrable experience in implementing Project Management platforms is highly advantageous.Application Process : To apply for this role, please submit your CV highlighting your relevant experience and examples of past projects.Or, for further information about this job, please contact : Chris Kourie - Senior Consultant - IT Email :
