Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Product Ownership, you'll lead the discovery, definition and delivery of business requirements across the IT work programme and other initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions, improve systems, and deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation to support projects and initiatives.
• Define scope, problem statements, and success measures for business and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and vendors to deliver effective outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical detail into clear business insights.
