Au Mahi | What You Will Do
As the Tautawhi | Administration Assistant / Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of administrative functions at Te Kaupeka Ako | Faculty of Education.
Working collaboratively with a dedicated team, you'll bring energy and efficiency to a variety of daily tasks, ensuring a welcoming and well-organised environment.
Your responsibilities will include managing incoming enquiries, supporting the flow of information, along with a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing and processing documents, maintaining records, and general administrative tasks as needed.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach will be key as you support internal processes and contribute to a well-organised and responsive office environment.

Mou | Who You Are
You will be an experienced individual with at least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or reception support role in a medium to large organisation along with :
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to cope with competing demands.
Demonstrates resilience and organisational skills, including ability to set priorities, manage time and plan, work to meet deadlines, and elevate when appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams.
Deliver outstanding customer service for students and staff members.
A good knowledge of the tertiary education sector is preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
