Duties Include
Keeping the office humming; managing supplies, vendors and maintenanceProviding general administrative support to managers and staff (travel bookings, document management, events)Help organise internal training, team events and well being initiativesSupport with record keeping, timesheets, health and safety compliance
We Are Looking For
3-4 years previous experience in a busy administrative position (ideally with some variety)Strong organisational skills and a can-do attitudeGreat communication, with a professional and approachable working styleTech-savvy, with experience using the MS Suite and general IT systemsAn eagle eye for detail, with a pro-active, solutions-focused mindset
