Customer Service Representative

Canterbury Vehicle Compliance offers vehicle compliance and inspections for a wide range of vehicles, including imported vehicles, motorcycles, light and heavy vehicles, agriculture machinery, forklifts, and other classic or heavy vehicles.

We provide WoF (Warrant of Fitness) and CoF (Certificate of Fitness) for all vehicle classes to meet the necessary safety standards.

Our goal is to ensure every vehicle on the road is safe and compliant with regulations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Belfast Chch.

The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, office admin and maintaining high service standards.

The representative will also work closely with the compliance team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

Experience in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high service standards

Proficiency in delivering an excellent Customer Experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Previous experience in the vehicle inspection industry is a plus
