Supporting student accommodation operations including front desk reception, property management, administration and leasing of UniLodge student apartments at Kirkwood Avenue Hall and Dovedale Campus.ResponsibilitiesFull-time position – 40 hours per week, shifts across Wednesday to Sunday roster; additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency mattersOperate the day-to-day front desk reception areaAssist with ongoing property management of student apartmentsConduct room inspections and provide general administration supportAssist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and wellbeingLiaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security, etc.Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift timesAbout YouFocus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiencesCustomer service experience in the accommodation industryExperience with Starrez (Resident and Property Management platform) – highly regardedBe culturally aware and understanding of different culturesPolice Vetting Check (required)NZ Driver's licence (required)Why UniLodgeUniLodge specialise in student accommodation and have been an industry market leader since 1996.
