What you will do :

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of school life
• Lead a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and professional growth
• Oversee curriculum delivery, governance, compliance, and performance
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders
• Be ready to step and get hands on as and when needed

What you have to have :

• Current NZ Teacher Registration and recognised teaching qualification
• Proven senior leadership experience (Primary or Secondary)
• Experience in a New Zealand school - NCEA would be a bonus
• Strong understanding of modern pedagogy and digital learning
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Integrity, resilience, and authentic, inspiring leadership
