Our OneSchool Global Hamilton Campus is seeking a primary lead teacher to join our team.

The primary lead teacher leads high quality teaching and learning across the Primary department, ensuring strong curriculum delivery through the Learning to Learn Framework and steady student progress.
Working with the Campus Principal and regional teams, the role supports coordinated planning, staff guidance, quality assurance and data informed improvement.
The position also oversees daily operations, supports primary teachers and contributes to wider school development.

Key responsibilities
Lead Primary curriculum planning and delivery through the Learning2Learn Framework.
Monitor teaching quality and support staff performance and development.
Track student progress and ensure effective interventions.
Coordinate Primary team routines, meetings and collaborative planning.
Uphold OSG values, meet safeguarding requirements and support school events and reporting.
Experience, skills and competencies
NZ registered teacher with experience in Y3 to 4 or Y5 to 6.
Understanding of modern learning environments.
Clear communication and effective listening.
Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the community.
Strong planning, assessment and record keeping skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and proven leadership skills.
