Job DescriptionWe're looking for an Experience Manager who can help our Hosts shape world-class guest experiences every day, by : Leading and supporting our team through coaching, motivation and embodying our cultureChampioning the guest experience andensure every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.Keeping the operation running smoothly -coordinating rosters, scheduling, budgeting and day-to-day planning.Supporting performance goals, helping implement plans and monitoring key results.Bringing events to life by coordinating with partnersto ensure seamless deliveryOur ideal candidate will be hands-on in their approach, thrive in dynamic environments and have experience leading and coaching people – especially those starting out in their careers.You'll be someone who enjoys storytelling and creating memorable customer moments, and who is organised, adaptable and commercially savvy.Our crew are connected by their love for our industry – and their keenness to share their passion with the world.It's a fast-paced environment, but one where the next generation of creative storytellers are supported - and encouraged to be themselves.As a creative organisation, we know that inspiration and amazing things can be achieved by working with people who have a range of experiences, unique strengths, and perspectives.
