• Extensive experience in events, ideally within entertainment or hospitality
• Proven success in integrated campaign development and execution
• Strong background in promotional, direct, digital, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience producing end-to-end consumer promotions in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor team members
• A customer-focused mindset and creative flair
