This role is perfect for someone with strong technical knowledge in electrical / energy systems and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.What You'll DoLead end-to-end delivery of energy, electrical, and infrastructure projects across the North Island.Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Oversee compliance with NZ building codes, electrical regulations, and safety standards.Conduct design reviews, technical drawings (AutoCAD), and power / load calculations.Drive site progress, inspections, testing, commissioning, and risk management.Champion innovation, introducing new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Master's in Project Management a plus).5+ years' proven experience managing energy / electrical projects.Strong understanding of power systems, IT / network infrastructure, and construction processes.Skilled in project management tools (MS Project, Aconex, Procore, SAP, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Professional memberships (e.g., Engineering NZ / Australia, AIPM, NZ-based bodies) desirable.Why Join Us?
