AVC Group is looking for a Repair & Support Technician to join our Auckland-based team. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first line of support for our customers and internal staff, ensuring our high-performance broadcast systems stay operational and our service promise is delivered with excellence.
About the Role
As a Repair & Support Technician, you’ll be a key player in our Global Service & Support Desk, providing timely technical assistance, managing service tickets, repairing broadcast equipment, and supporting logistics and inventory tasks. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational continuity — all while living our values : Ingenuity, Teamwork, Manaakitanga, and Fan-Centric Service.
