As a Preventative Maintenance Technician (internal title Lubrication Technician), you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps our brewery running at its best. This is a permanent day-shift role working Monday to Friday, with two weekends per month. Typical hours are 6am–2pm on weekdays, and 6am–4pm on rostered weekends.

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded technician to join our team at The Pride . This is a rare opportunity to be the go-to expert on lubrication and condition monitoring, keeping our equipment in top shape and coaching others along the way.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Deliver world class lubrication practices across the site
  • Lead condition-based monitoring using tools like vibration, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis
  • Coach operators and trades to build their knowledge and confidence
  • Keep records up to date in SAP and use your insights to drive smart decisions
  • Support preventative maintenance planning to help the team stay one step ahead
  • Champion a safety-first culture in everything you do

What You’ll Bring

  • A mechanical trade qualification and experience in a similar role (ideally in FMCG)
  • A passion for problem solving, with skills in RCA and condition-based monitoring
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, coaching style
  • A proactive approach and a can-do attitude
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a brewery, food manufacturing, or large-scale production environment
