To be successful for this position you will need to have :

Previous experience in a similar position within the construction or maintenance industry and have appropriate qualifications

Team leadership skills and able to motivate and mentor team members to a continuous improvement mind-set

Knowledge of and experienced in rigging standards and regulations

A flexible work approach to deal with unexpected events / make decisions and provide direction to teams, as and when needed

An enjoyment for getting your gloves dirty

High standard of workmanship

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong safety and quality focus

Full and clean driver's license.

A Forklift license would be an advantage
