Site Manager

Overview

A regional construction company working in the commercial, aged care, low rise, interiors and industrial space is viewed by several as reliable and a trusted main contractor. They are known in the industry for staffing their jobs with the right people, treating their subbies with respect, paying them on time and employing staff that understand accountability.

Projects

They build generally across $5M-$40M across new build offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units, aged care facilities and accompanying fitouts.

Requirements

• Trade or tertiary qualifications with 4+ years site-based commercial construction management experience in NZ.
• As a site manager you will be confident in your ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• You will also be confident and polished in your dealings with clients, naturally possessing great verbal communication skills.

What’s on offer

Package $115K - $125K + vehicle.
