About the role

We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at The Avenues Retirement village in Tauranga. The beating heart of this stunning village is certainly its outstanding array of first-class facilities and amenities, carefully crafted to bring people together to enjoy the golden years

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday - 40 hours week but will require you to be flexible covering 'On call' requirements.

Partnering with the Village Manager, you will manage the maintenance of the Village, ensuring our residents continue creating extraordinary living experiences in a well presented and safe environment.
