About the role
Accessible Properties is seeking a Tenant Service Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our tenants. You'll provide friendly and inclusive support via phone, email, and in person—managing maintenance requests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants and internal teams. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating tenant communications, and providing administrative support to deliver a seamless and accessible service for all tenants.
