We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Arrow Uniforms in Upper Hutt .

Experience in fast-moving stock handling (supermarkets, FMCG, or similar) is an advantage

Job Brief :

The Warehouse Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse. This individual will be responsible for fulfilling orders, processing inward goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, assisting with projects, and improving operational processes.

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as required.

What a typical day might look like :

Prioritise and fulfil orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Coordinate the movement of stock to and from off-site business partners.

Process incoming shipments, inspecting and updating inventory.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address order inquiries.

Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Monitor and contribute to team KPIs for order fulfilment and efficiency.

Assist with projects to improve operations and optimise the warehouse.

Support exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Process stock returns from customers.

Celebrate team milestones and enjoy a positive work environment.

Complete documentation and reports, and prepare for the next day's operations.
