OverviewManager Audit & Assurance, Data AnalyticsJoin our dynamic team in Audit and Assurance as a Manager focused on data analytics.Role and ResponsibilitiesLeading delivery of audits / projects for actionable insight and provide strategic and tactical recommendations that highlight gaps and opportunities within ASB.Engage with business stakeholders to understand remediation requirements, regulatory expectations, and success criteria.Translate business remediation needs into data-driven analytical solutions and actionable insights.Perform advanced analyses, design, develop, and implement models / solutions to help answer questions.Conduct post-remediation validation testing using independent datasets to ensure corrective actions are effective.Support the creation of continuous monitoring dashboards, scripts, and exception-based reports to support real-time auditing.Exhibit sound understanding of audit theories, principles, and practices.Develop clear and well-structured analytical and test planning approaches to analyze large datasets and databases.Design and implement NLP-driven solutions to analyze unstructured data and identify anomalies / indicators through sentiment, clustering, and classification analysis.Use research, analytics, and a strong evidence base to inform decision making for Audit and business processes.Stay updated on emerging AI, data analytics, and audit practices to drive innovation.Champion the use of AI / ML along with new tools and techniques to solve business problems.Use data profiling and anomaly detection to identify data quality issues, gaps, or inconsistencies driving remediation.What we're looking forExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, identify trends, and apply analytical methods to deliver effective solutions.Understanding of relevant risk / assurance principles and methodologies with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and time management.Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced data analysis and internal / external audit.Priority setting and time management skills to meet audit / reporting deadlines.Hard Skills Must HavesHands-on expertise in Python, R, SAS, SQL.Strong knowledge of NLP, sentiment analysis, clustering, and classification.Solid understanding of audit theories, principles, and internal controls.Master or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or IT.Nice to HaveAI / ML in-depth understanding.Strong VBA and Excel skills.Power BI.Cloud environment knowledge.What can we offerGet the work-life equation right.
