Role : Data Governance & Management Specialist

Role Purpose : Establish and maintain best practices and tailored data governance frameworks, policies, and standards covering data quality, classification, privacy, security, retention, master data, metadata, access, and third-party data. Support clients in ensuring data accuracy and usability for reporting, analysis, modeling, and AI to enable strategic insights and growth. Manage data platforms across on-premises and cloud environments ensuring security, compliance, and observability.

Role Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Develop policies and best practices for data access, classification, and stewardship in collaboration with data, IT, and compliance teams.

Key Capabilities :

Data Governance Frameworks and Concepts (Compliance Standards, Data Privacy Regulations, DAMA-DMBoK, Dublin Core)

Data Cataloguing and Lineage Tools (Alation, Collibra, Atlan, MS Purview, Google Dataplex, Informatica)

Data Management (Archiving, Lifecycle Management)
