Your Role : As a Carpet & Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for :
Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing a range of flooring products.
Preparing subfloors to ensure a perfect finish.
Installing carpet and vinyl (sheet and tile), including coved vinyl where required.
Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications.
Working independently and alongside a team to meet deadlines.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety on every job.
Interacting professionally with clients and team members.
What You'll Bring to the Team :
At least 2 to 3 years of sound experience as a floor installer.
Proven experience in flooring installation, especially carpet and vinyl.
Skills in coved vinyl installation are a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a high-quality finish.
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Good time management and the ability to work independently.
A full or restricted clean driver's license.
A commitment to safe work practices and a tidy work ethic.
