Job Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry

Education : At least Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (can be waived based on work experience)

Job Responsibility :

Following instructions from the Leading Hand / Foreman or Project Manager. Working both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines. Upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.

Ensuring dimensional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in translating plans into physical structures.

Maintaining company tools and equipment to a high standard. Striving for productivity while delivering quality workmanship.

Studying drawings and specifications, ordering materials, preparing layouts, cutting, assembling, and erecting structures with precision.

Constructing, erecting, installing, renovating, and repairing various structures and fixtures using a variety of materials such as wood, plywood, lightweight steel, wallboard, and others.
