• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
• Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
• Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions###

• Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
• Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
• Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them
• Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable
• A second language (e.g., Mandarin or other) would be preferred but not essential###
