Leading Hand

As a Senior Autoglass Technician (Leading Hand) at Smith&Smith Taupo, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality vehicle glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services – while guiding and mentoring a skilled team of technicians.

This role requires hands-on leadership and technical expertise within our team. You’ll coach and mentor team members, ensuring our brand’s reputation for exceptional customer service is upheld in the community. Working in partnership with the Area Manager, you’ll contribute to the smooth, efficient day-to-day operations and ensure our service standards remain consistent.
