• Build on your existing engineering knowledge in the dairy and food processing sector, within Beca’s industrial business, where you will be part of a team designing and delivering solutions for NZs leading industrial clients
• Develop broad project experiences, working on a variety of projects across different scope, scale, geographies, client sites and client types across New Zealand, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region

Join Beca’s Industrial team in New Zealand and leverage your dairy and food processing expertise in a consulting career. You will be joining a firm with over 100 years of experience throughout NZ, as part of the Industrial team of over 200 engineers, industry experts, technical leaders and project delivery teams passionate about the positive impact they have through the projects they deliver. This role will be based on Beca’s Hamilton office with our Industrial team of ~20 diverse and passionate engineers, process experts, designers and project delivery teams. For success in this role, you will have current and relevant dairy and food processing industry experiences, within the process, technical or engineering design roles. In addition, you will be looking for your next career step to expand your career within a consulting environment. You may be motived to build your understanding of the design process learning from our industrial leaders and getting involved in ‘stretch’ projects. You will also enjoy the challenge of working across multiple projects with different timelines and deliverables, as well as having responsibility for delivery of your part of a project.

You will also be a relationship builder, both who is experienced with and enjoys working with on-site teams, supporting and building relationships with the operational and engineering teams we interact with. Your career to date will include experience and the understanding of how sites and site processes work, and with the engineering and design approach to understand how designs and solutions impact on site and site operations.
