OverviewLogistics and Dispatch Team Leader - Big Save — Based at our Te Rapa Hamilton Store, helping manage a busy team of drivers and store people, unloading and reloading containers and trucks, and offering great service to our customers collecting their new gear.

What you will do

Work together with our logistic and retail team for the most efficiency in the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.

Work in a team of up to 10 people

Loading and unloading Trucks and containers

Occasionally assisting on Truck delivery to customers properties and businesses

Completing Documentation and Picking orders

Adhering To H & S Policies

Great computer skills are essential

Offering the best in Customer Service with a positive outlook for all scenarios

People Management experience vital with strong communication and leadership

This position is best suited to someone who is physically fit as this role does involve heavy lifting, although some machinery is provided to assist.

MUST be reliable, organized and a team player with references

Being able to work one day of the weekend is a MUST

MUST HAVE WORK VISA ALREADY / NZ RESIDENCY to apply - No Sponsorships

Requirements / Qualifications

Experience in people management and leadership with strong communication skills

Ability to work in a physical role with potential heavy lifting

Reliability, organization, and teamwork with references

Ability to work one weekend day

NZ work eligibility (visa or residency)
