Your talents will be respected and you'll be supported in developing the career path you choose.Ko To Rourou | Your key responsibilitiesDiary and calendar managementTravel management both Domestic and InternationalExpense processing, adhering to firm deadlinesDocument management, including document creation, editing, proof reading as examplesMeeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservationsData entry for our in-house client relationship management databaseAssistance with Event Management coordination and logisticsVarious ad hoc administration duties such as organising company research, payment requisitions or organising business cards as examplesNga Pukenga | Skills and attributes for successMinimum of 2+ years of work experience in a administration / team environmentExperience using MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS OutlookIs an organised person who has a strong interest in organisation and is looking to build these skills.Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
