Lead a team of coordinators and consultants

Manage and verify certifications, allocations, and health & safety compliance

Participate in interview panels

Work with spreadsheets and a variety of systems

Engage with stakeholders

About You

High volume recruitment experience OR a strong high-volume administration background

Proven people management experience with strong stakeholder management skills

Comfortable making courageous decisions and managing complexity

Able to forecast future needs and handle urgent situations confidently

Team-oriented, but able to take control when necessary

Ideally, you have an HR or P&C background
