This part-time role (Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day) is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly : managing accounts adminstations, supporting projects, and helping the business operate efficiently day to day.
What You'll Be Doing :
Preparing accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with monthly invoice preparation and processing.
Reconciling statements and following up on any discrepancies.
Issuing customer invoices and reconciling payments.
Supporting bank reconciliations, GST returns, and general financial administration.
Skills and Experience :
2+ years' experience in an accounts administration or similar role.
Confident using Xero (experience with Infinitylaw is a bonus).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
Banking industry experience could also be advantageous, as training will be provided.
