This part-time role (Monday to Friday, 5-6 hours per day) is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly : managing accounts adminstations, supporting projects, and helping the business operate efficiently day to day.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Preparing accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with monthly invoice preparation and processing.
- Reconciling statements and following up on any discrepancies.
- Issuing customer invoices and reconciling payments.
- Supporting bank reconciliations, GST returns, and general financial administration.
Skills and Experience :
2+ years' experience in an accounts administration or similar role.Confident using Xero (experience with Infinitylaw is a bonus).Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.Banking industry experience could also be advantageous, as training will be provided.If you're organised, motivated, and ready to contribute to a respected and thriving local employer APPLY NOW and take the next step in your career.
