Job Description :
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to expand Shinyway's brand presence in New Zealand and overseas markets — particularly in Asia.
You will work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams todesign marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, and support cross-border business growth.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across both online and offline channels (including social media, trade shows, and partnership campaigns).
Create engaging marketing content such as brochures, advertisements, and digital media materials to enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends andopportunities.
Support the sales team in customer engagement, promotional events, and accountmanagement.
Manage and optimize brand promotion across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao,Pinduoduo, or other international channels).
Assist in product pricing, promotional planning, and data-driven performance analysis.
Strengthen brand awareness through innovative storytelling and localized marketingstrategies.
Job requirement : applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or businessdevelopment (experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or health products preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in French is a plus.
Solid analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
Familiarity with international and cross-border e-commerce markets.
A proactive mindset with creativity and teamwork orientation.
Teaching or training experience will be an asset, particularly for content-drivenmarketing roles.
