AthleTech is a fast-growing Software / Tech company changing the way fitness professionals manage and grow their businesses. Our all-in-one CRM platform is built specifically for personal trainers, gyms, and fitness professionals, helping them streamline client management, payments, content delivery, and business growth.

  • We’re now expanding our sales team in New Zealand and are looking for driven sales professionals to join us.

Role Overview :

As a Sales Representative at AthleTech, you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from outreach to demo, to closing deals. You’ll be selling our subscription-based CRM software directly to fitness professionals, with access to all the tools and support you need to succeed.

This is a commission-only contractor role, offering an industry-leading 20% recurring commission on every sale. With recurring monthly revenue, top performers can realistically earn $10,000+ per month.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prospect and reach out to fitness professionals (personal trainers, gyms, pilates instructors, etc.)
  • Deliver product demos showcasing AthleTech’s value
  • Manage the full sales cycle : outreach → demo → close
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work within our supportive sales team while managing your own pipeline

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience (software / SaaS or B2B sales experience preferred)
  • Confidence running outreach and demos independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure
  • Passion for fitness, technology, or business growth (a plus but not required)
  • Must be based in New Zealand

    • Compensation :

  • Commission Only : 20% recurring monthly commission per client
  • Example : A $500 / month client = $100 / month ongoing commission
