Technology and Digital Experience Partner (Fixed Term)

This is a Fixed Term Role, ending July 24, 2026.

You will resolve Level 1 & 2 incidents and queries over the phone or in person and provide support to the wider team at regional events. Farmlands has team members and stores all over the country plus a wide range of different departments and you will be partnered with a specific department and location to provide the best service.

• Level 1 & 2 support experience.
• Sound previous customer facing experience.
• An interest in technology and working within a large and complex organisation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
