Desktop Support Analyst - (250002JF)
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT Services NZ & Asia team.
You will work on site Monday to Friday in our Christchurch offices and be responsible for supporting daily IT operations across server services, enterprise applications, desktop and mobile services.
Travel will also be required to other offices at times.
Your Key Accountabilities
Provide user-facing operational support for desktops and applications.
Resolve tickets within agreed timeframe.
Conduct Queue Management activities as well as proactive maintenance and administration of designated services.
Test and deploy software updates and security patches to servers and workstations.
Participate in IT projects as an operational resource, providing recommendations and performing tasks as required.
Work outside standard business hours as required and be able to travel across offices.
Installation and maintenance of AV systems in NZ offices.
About You
You may have recently completed tertiary or industry qualifications in Information Technology (or equivalent), with some experience of working in an IT environment and software management (required) as well as :
Advanced Level Of Knowledge Of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, 11)
Imaging, configuring desktop and troubleshooting hardware issues
Office 365
ITIL Service Management best practices
Networking
