You'll be at the heart of our most critical projects, providing top-notch coordination, logistics, and governance expertise.Partnering with Project or Program leads, you'll be the essential bridge connecting teams and stakeholders.

• What will your day look likeKey responsibilities of the role will include the following : Developing and leading project coordination activity for the projectImplementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures, and ensuring they are adhered toFacilitating the management of project schedules and financialsCoordinating key project governance forums with various stakeholdersProactively supporting project delivery activities using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Copilot and PPM, including : FinancialsRisks & issuesProject reportingResource managementChange controlStakeholder communicationsQuality assuranceOu Pukenga?
• What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following : Many years project coordination experience, preferably with expertise gained across multiple projects and teams.Expert knowledge of delivery framework and project governance methodologiesStrong financial and analysis skillsExperience using project management tools, including Confluence, JIRA and SharePoint.Confident collaborator and communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders whilst supporting the project management team.A diverse perspective and adaptive approach.Ability to work independently with a focus on proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutionsAn understanding and experience in : Quality assuranceRisk & issue managementProgram reportingCopilotYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
