Senior Project Coordinator - Banking

My client is working through an enterprise-wide transformation and a major part of that is moving critical systems into cloud environments. They are a large financial services organisation with complex technology requirements so need people who are adaptable and experienced with strong communication skills and collaborative instincts.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading project coordination, governance, and logistics activity for the project
• Implementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures, and ensuring they are adhered to
• Facilitating the management of project schedules, financials, reporting, communications, project documentation, RAIDs etc
• Coordinating key project governance forums, documentation and management of various stakeholders
• Proactively supporting project delivery activities using tools such as Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, and PPM

Requirements

Experience : 5 years

Skills : Project Coordinator, finance, bank, Agile, delivery, governance, schedules, documentation, communication

Qualifications : Senior level experience

Education : College / Pre-University & ICT
