The Senior Project Coordinator is a pivotal role in the Economic Growth Programmes team, which is responsible for driving delivery of the Government's priority economic growth programmes.

This includes the Government's flagship cross-agency Going For Growth initiative.

With a large programme of work, we need an enthusiastic, smart, agile and supportive Senior Project Coordinator.

You will have an exciting and unique role collaborating with cross-government workstream leads, policy leaders and project teams.

This means you will need to be adept at juggling multiple priorities, managing project progress and reporting on project deliverables.

Proven experience (3–5+ years) in senior project coordination, programme support, or similar role.

Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools that drive accountability and visibility.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) — able to build trust quickly and influence without authority.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and confident learning new digital tools.

A 'can do' and caring attitude within a team environment and a continuous improvement focus.
