Training and Compliance Coordinator
Location : Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand
Hybrid model – 2 days WFH
Key Responsibilities
- Execute third‑party compliance training programs across multiple sites
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule training sessions and ensure seamless coordination
- Develop, manage, and coordinate documentation of work instructions and SOPs
- Maintain a comprehensive training library and materials
- Review legislative changes and ensure employees are appropriately trained
- Provide regular reports to Site Management Team on training compliance
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environmentKnowledge of New Zealand and Australian regulations and industry standards related to Health & Safety and Food Safety Quality (FSQ)Experience with record‑keeping and data management, including database managementStrong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesEligibility to work in New ZealandBenefits
