OverviewThe Business Support and Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.This position is responsible for the coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation e2 s Health & Safety system, Governance framework, and operational Standards to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.In addition, the role oversees building maintenance at the Head Office to ensure a safe and functional work environment.Working closely with the Employee Experience team, the coordinator also contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinatethe operation / compliance of theHealth & Safety SystemCoordinate theGovernance SystemCompliance System coordination andreportingInformation Management System supportRisk Management System & support to theRisk Management CommitteeCoordinate theQuality Standards SystemSupport policies and proceduresQualifications / ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will need to have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, be well organised, have some governance and compliance knowledge and some health & safety awareness.
